SNAP -- not Medicaid. Would require able-bodied adults with no kids -- up to age 54 instead of 49 to work 20 hours a week/training program. The Republicans wanted age 64 saying it would save about $11 billion over a decade. Not sure what the new age requirement will save taxpayers.
