Henry McCabe was a Liberian emigrant working for the Minnesota Department of Revenue when, after a night of drinking, he would disappear only to be found dead a couple months later in a lake several miles away from his home. The death would seem normal enough if it were not for a strange voicemail he left on the night of his death.
