This is the Refractory Hour, an unfiltered hour of me where no one or
nothing is safe or out of bounds, except of course Religion and Politics.
We’ll talk primarily sports with music, entertainment, and some current
events mixed in, and I’ll let you into my life a little bit rehashing some of the
things I experience, places I go, and things of that nature.
