After almost a month of not recording anything there is so much I want to get out, so rather than structuring out my thoughts and presenting them in a coherent way, I have decided to ramble my way through 20 minutes of a podcast episode. That aside I do talk about how I spend my time and what makes me productive/truly feel fulfilled most when it comes to my day to day life, melatonin and fixing my sleep schedule, what goes in to being an athlete and how attention to detail is key (and more).
