A reminder to myself first and then to anyone listening sometimes reconnecting starts with simply opening the Qur’an again.
If this episode benefits you in any way, please remember me in your du’as. May Allah keep us close to His Book and never let our hearts drift too far from it.
Sometimes we get so focused on what we’re waiting for that we forget to notice what Allah has already given us.
Sometimes nothing is particularly wrong but your heart still feels heavy.
In this episode of Quiet Thoughts, I share a small moment when I felt numb and couldn’t really explain what was going on inside me. I decided to open my Mus’haf and read just one page, but as I slowed down and reflected on the ayahs through tadabbur, something unexpectedly changed.
This is a little reflection on the Qur’an, the power of Allah, and how He can bring ease to a heart without anything around us changing.
Sometimes, maybe we don’t need to figure everything out.
Maybe we just need to turn back to Allah.
Have you ever looked back at something that happened years ago and suddenly understood why it had to happen that way?
Maybe some questions in this life aren’t meant to be answered immediately. Maybe some of them are simply beyond what we can see right now.
In this episode, I’m thinking about the questions we carry with us the why did this happen?, the why did I lose that?, the why did Allah let this happen? and what it means to keep trusting Allah when we don’t have the answers.
Have you ever wondered what happens to the du’as you made years ago
The ones you whispered through tears,The ones you repeated every day,The ones you slowly forgot as life moved on.Do they simply disappear?Or are they still known by the One who never forgets?
In this episode of Quiet Thoughts, we reflect on the beauty of du’a, Allah’s perfect knowledge, and the comforting reminder that no sincere prayer is ever lost even when we’ve forgotten it ourselves.
Sometimes the doors we wish would open remain closed not to punish us, but to protect us. In this episode, we reflect on trusting Allah’s wisdom, even when His plans don’t look the way we hoped, and finding peace in knowing that every closed door has a purpose.
Some moments don’t feel special while we’re living them. They’re just ordinary until one day they become the memories we miss the most. In this episode, we reflect on the beauty of being present, appreciating the people around us, and embracing the ordinary moments before they quietly become our last time.
Some people leave footprints in our lives without even realizing it. This episode is a gentle reflection on the quiet acts of kindness we never forget and a reminder that even the smallest gesture can change someone’s day forever.
We often pray for loyal, kind, and understanding friends but how often do we ask ourselves if we’re becoming that person for others?
In this episode,we reflect on the kind of friend we are becoming, the beauty of sincere companionship, and the Prophet ﷺ’s timeless reminder to love for others what we love for ourselves. Through small acts of kindness, heartfelt du’as, and genuine care, we discover that meaningful friendships begin with us.
May Allah make us the kind of friends who bring peace, sincerity, and goodness into the lives of others.
Have you ever made the same du’a over and over again, wondering if Allah is listening?
Sometimes we expect our circumstances to change first, but Allah begins by changing something even more important our hearts.
In this episode we reflect on the beauty of du’a, trusting Allah’s timing, and finding peace even before the answer arrives.
