Blossoming of the heart. 💚
Here we are halfway through our time together. Today is all about softly and gently inviting our to slowly blossom open one breath, and one petal at a time.
🫖🌹Today’s Tea Ritual
Create a quiet, tender space.
Sit with your tea.
Invite one hand over your heart. Breath in to that sacred space.
Invitation to close your eyes.
Invite three slow breaths.
With each inhale, feel the space beneath your hand, the sacred heart.
With each exhale, allow a softening.
Whisper inward:
I am safe to open.
Let the words be an invitation, and land within your heart.
🧘♀️ Restorative Pose
Supported Heart Opener
Place a bolster or pillow lengthwise along your spine.
Gently lie back so your heart opens.
Let your arms fall open to the sides, palms facing upward.
Allow the front of your body to soften.
Stay here for 5–10 minutes.
Let the breath move gently through the heart space.
Affirmation invitation.
My heart opens with gentleness and trust. Repeat gently three times like a mantra.

Opening is not something we do all at once.
Today, you allowed your heart to soften.
Tomorrow, we welcome what naturally arises from an open heart…
