This is a really good series! Very good for people who love The Hunger Games, Maze Runner, So This is How the World Ends (Avatar Series), anything like that.. a good young adult novel (though I'm 28, so it kept me engaged, too.)
Fast paced, action packed conclusion. Aleena is stronger than ever & also put to the test. So many twists including betrayals.

Fast paced, action packed conclusion. Aleena is stronger than ever & also put to the test. So many twists including betrayals. Somewhat HEA.
Okay, I will explain in a bit more detail my "somewhat HEA" since its the series conclusion. This is a story with an uprising, a story about trying to take control of a corrupt government. So yes, some people do die, a lot of no names on both sides in fact. And the country is pretty torn up after the decisions of leaders on both sides. But its hopeful, and it left me satisfied.
Four Stars
Looking forward to a great read.
Great ending
Best trilogy serious I have read so far...better than the divergent series! I will actually buy this set in hardback books to keep.
Defiant to the end!
A great end to this trilogy. There is much loss, violence and death; Alenna, Gadya and Liam face horrific challenges. It's a fast-paced read with loads of action down to the last sentence. A perfect end to The Forsaken.
