Today I'm chatting with @theshirarose, body positive fashion blogger and eating disorder therapist!

I start off the episode breaking down the definition of a diet (since people like to fight me on semantics), I answer some questions from instagram, and then talk with Shira about her experience learning about HAES, and her experiences of weight stigma while trying to seek help for her eating disorder. TLDR: Eating disorders don't all look the same! Judging by appearance is the worst way to diagnose and treat an eating disorder.
