I love Digbeth. I love food. And I love talking to people. So why wouldn't I get chatting away to one of Digbeth Dining Club's founders, Jack Brabant? Is it a surprise the whole idea was started from a drunken conversation? Probably not. And even less of a shock that a 'fake it until you make it' business plan was adopted.
