Inner time consciousness as conceived of phenomenologically would not meet the criteria of Aristotelian  or Kantian accounts which would differ depending upon whether the contexts were theoretical or practical. Heideggers account of Care for origins and ends being involved in Daseins adventure in relation to Being is  a more complex account but not without its own difficulties
