Will Vickers is the 7th generation from a family business based in the north of England, as well as an internationally exhibiting photographer, musician and artist.   He is currently working alongside his father (the 6th generation of the family) to undertake a smooth succession plan between them, and to cultivate, establish and evolve the family culture to benefit and serve all stakeholders within the business.
