Welcome to the first episode of Boardwalk Talk for 2018! It’s going to be a fantastic year for the show, and we can’t wait to show you what’s in store!
On this week’s episode, we start by discussing some of the recent closures at the Disney Parks, including one of our favorite Disney coasters, California Screamin’, which closed on January 8th, 2018.
Then, to learn from the past, we look at some of the Disney Duds that, in their short run-times, showed some of the lowest points in WDI history. To those who have read Marty Sklar’s One Little Spark, our topic is very similar to the Goofy Awards given to attractions that failed to live up to WDI’s standards.
