My partner in (studying) Crime, Scott Burnstien, tells us about the major indictment of the Detroit La Cosa Nostra... where the (now deceased) boss Jack Tocco was finally convicted. Though, he managed to somehow only serve a year in Federal prison for being convicted of the official Detroit Mafia family. The Federal Prosecutor was flummoxed by the Judge's sentence he got himself in trouble.
