A #scrumteam consists of 3 roles. The developers, the scrum master and the #productowner. Each role is designed to help the team create products and features that truly delight customers.  

The product owner thinks about the strategic elements of the product, the future roadmap for that product, and the commercial implications of releasing the product into the market at the correct time.  

The developers build the product whilst the scrum master helps create an environment where the team can excel in building the product or solving the most compelling problems.  

So, why can't a developer also be the product owner?
