I haven't slept much lately, but I do know there is a lot in my head. Seeking change in my heart and mind to move forward into the next phase of my life that is joyful as well.

Have you dealt with divorced parents and felt lost in the shuffle? I have. Confusion, abandonment, loss and fear defined me. It was my identity. I had to figure out how to overcome this then navigate through it. It was harder than expected and disappointing to say the least. However, as I keep walking out this healing journey of mine, I see greater goodness and eyes that see beyond what I could before.

Dating after divorce can be an adrenaline rush. It can bring on excitement, sadness, and confusion. It's part of the process of moving on, but are we healing as we try to move on? We'll talk about this on today's podcast.

Break the soul ties. Live in freedom. Forgive your ex. The choice is yours. I am really passionate about this, because we can keep ourselves bound if we don't forgive. We can't do it on our own so lean in and start praying for your ex!

Turn to the word and seek out a balanced life that will add the healing journey. There is only one true healer.

The Lord is so good, He gave us this beautiful world we live in. He put inside of us interests, hobbies, the ability to love one another and do things that make us feel good. But, at the end of the day it's not enough. Take a listen.

Clearing out the clutter isn't always fun. It's hard and messy at times. We have to seek God in our relationships, situations, disappointments and triumphs. I prefer to go a hundred miles per hour, but I have learned I will miss stones that I don't want to miss. If I miss a stone, I'll have to return to it at some point to face it.

Change is hard. We can all learn from one another in some way through life. Use your past as a learning tool and use it to propel you into your purpose. Second chances aren't always a bad thing.

There's no doubt PTSD just sucks. It does. It's distracting to "normal" life, destroys the goodness and takes more energy to manage. With so many resources available, we can put together a plan that will allow us to walk out our path and heal along the journey.

We can all relate to some good, bad, and ugly in our lives. Take one step at a time, the peace stones will lead us on our path.
