What's better, to lose weight or lose fat? How do you know if you're doing this "weightloss" thing right? Everyone wants to lose weight, but everyone thinks weightloss comes with fatloss and that's not true. It some cases yes, if someone has a higher body fat percentage then yes, by fixing the way they eat and move they will lose weight and some of it will come from body fat. What about the people who want to see their abs? what about people who want to see some more definition for the summer beach days? Most importantly, what about the people who want to get and stay healthy? Weightloss wants to trick you in thinking that if you pay attention to how much weight you're losing, that eventually you'll be happy, but not to happy because now you're starving, not enjoying life, and not seeing the sculpting progress you want to see. You can lose weight by losing water. You can lose weight by losing muscle. You can lose weight by losing fat. You can lose weight by putting your health in jeopardy, damaging your metabolism and hormone levels, and hurting your internal organs and organ systems.  When you focus on losing fat (dropping your body fat percentage) you'll see better results, better happiness with food, better health, and better control of how you create results.
