Mike was asked about the point of hunting the doe herd here in Wisconsin, and the differences we will se this season from north to south in our home state of Wisconsin. There are many states out there struggling with how to try and maintain the deer herds where the hunters want to see, and the numbers that should be on the local landscape. In some places there really are a lot of deer to hunt, and in others it is a barren landscape. What should we do? It is a hard question to answer.
