We think we know the difference between men and women, but Delia and Patrick join us today to discuss things a little bit more in detail.  Women look for security, men look for respect.  Men and women want respect, conversation, and understanding.  We both want the same things, but sometimes struggle given it to the opposite sex.  Leadership is essential to a relationship to last along with respect.  Understanding their childhood, their wants and needs and discussing the role of each person is also a much needed conversation.
