Elon Musk recently gave his employees an ultimatum to return the office work 40 hours or you will be forced to leave the company. Now I am not knocking Elon and all that he has done to build his company from scratch and what he provides for his employees, but I would like to offer some advice to him and all the other CEO's, Managers, and HR Professionals out there as we navigate this new era in the workforce.
