Recently I've been getting a lot of direct messages on Instagram from young hustlers, and that's how they're self-describing themselves. And often times there's a theme. In these particular string of messages, and there's three to be exact, they're asking me, "Doug, you know, how do I go about finding my passion. I want to make the world a better place, I want to go out and make changes, and I really want to go after it. What's the first step? What do you recommend?"
