Benny Battle was supposed to go to court on December 11, 2019.  But he didn't show up.  Authorities thought he was just 'on the run', but his family believes that something more sinister happened to Benny. He would never stay out of touch with his family- no matter what.  

When Benny missed his disability appointment on December 19, 2019, his family KNEW something was wrong.  Since authorities wouldn't investigate, the family, along with a private investigator, conducted their own search for Benny. And what they learned was horrifying and heartbreaking.

Even with blood evidence, cadaver dog hits, and seven signed affidavits claiming knowledge of a murder, the sheriff's department still hasn't investigated his case as a possible homicide.

Did Benny really just go on the run?  Or was he murdered?
