Jared drove from Louisiana to Illinois the night of November 4, 2023.

His movements once he reached Illinois were strange, and he never made it to his intended destination.

The morning of November 6, 2023, authorities were alerted of an abandoned truck down a dirt road near the Wabash River in Indiana.

It was Jared's. Both of his loyal dogs were waiting in the truck. Two of the truck doors were wide open. But there was no Jared.
