This week we talk to David Putman, a grat thinker and practictionar of discipleship.  His goal is simple, to help oridnary people plant the extra-ordinary Gospel where they live work and play. 

David is founding leader of Planting the Gospel (PTG) and serves as a Lead Navigator with Auxano (www.auxano.com), the category leader in vision clarity.  Prior to PTG he served as Executive Pastor of Mountain Lake Church and Co-founder of churchplanters.com.  

David is co-author of Breaking the Missional Code (with Ed Stetzer), author of Breaking the Discipleship Code, and Detox for the Overly Religious.  His latest book, The Gospel Disciple Journey, is due to be released in early 2015. 

Regardless of whether David is training, consulting, writing, speaking, or engaged in his Crossfit community it is a reflection of His life's mission to help others discover the simplicity of Jesus and His ways.
