Stephanie is founder of the Blue Star Temple as well as the author of the award-winning book "The Evolutionary Empath" which not only provides the tools to navigate the world as an empath or highly sensitive person, but ALSO explains WHAT their role IS in the world.

Because so many of our listeners are empaths, we wanted to bring Stephanie back to continue our discussion and delve further into the topics of embodiment, spiritual bypass and what Stephanie refers to as the “disembodiment epidemic.”

Stephanie says the goal is not to transcend the body, but taking those higher frequencies and bring them into our bodies.
