On Saturday April 28th, 2001 two patrol officers in Kansas City, Missouri discovered the body of a young girl in the woods. What Homicide Detectives initially expected to be an open & shut case... would eventually turn into a 4 year investigation after no one was coming forward to claim the young victim.
