Heartbreak has been one of the most disorienting experiences of my life but it has also been one of my greatest teachers.
In this episode, I share what heartbreak really means beyond losing someone. I talk about the nervous system response, the stages we move through: shock, overthinking, emotional waves and integration, plus why ghosting or lack of closure can feel especially painful.
I also share the practical tools I use to regulate my body, rebuild self-trust and give myself the closure I once thought I needed from someone else.
This is an honest conversation about staying open without abandoning myself and how heartbreak can ultimately expand my capacity to love more deeply.
