If I had to tell you who one of my biggest musical influences was from my hometown, I would have to say it's Cheyenne. Over the years we've often shared Spotify playlists, and it gave me ideas of things to play at a club level. By the time I put together Summer Sampler ten years ago, a few of her songs made it to the Final Cut. I would even go as far as to say Sunday Vibes from the #new52mixshow is very much music I think she would like. The thing I love about WCW, other than its pop culture crossover, is acknowledging people that have shown me support over my DJ career. Cheyenne has come to several shows and has even dropped my name to club owners and promoters in the past in need of a DJ. That to me, ladies and gentlemen, is true friendship.
