Welcome back to The DMC Podcast. In today's episode we discuss Authenticity, authenticity is a tricky one to navigate there isn't a strict guide on it and everyone is different. Being authentic is all about acting in alignment with what you truly believe in rather than displaying a certain side in order to appease other people, needless to say, the prerequisite is that you require you know what your true self really is. This is something we explore and how authenticity can vary based on context as we've constantly being influenced by things around us in life. Furthermore, we discuss whether there is ever a time for you to be inauthentic and what the drawbacks are associated with that.
