After weeks of basketball at the Capitol Hoops Summer League, the championship stage is set as Good Counsel and The Bullis School meet with summer supremacy on the line.

It's WCAC vs. IAC. Falcons vs. Bulldogs. And brother vs. brother.

At the center of the championship storyline are Zack and Israel Tchoubfong, two brothers standing on opposite sides of the court with only one able to leave as a Capitol Hoops Summer League Champion.  We have both Tchoubfong brothers at the table, following the championship game.

Kurt & Chelsie take you inside Championship Day, breaking down the atmosphere, the matchup and the storylines surrounding two programs that battled their way through the field for an opportunity to finish the summer on top.

Fresh off capturing the Capitol Hoops Summer League NIT Championship, Coach Brandyn Wilkerson of Seneca Valley High School joins Kurt & Chelsie after the Screaming Eagles capped their summer league run with a championship victory over Coolidge.

Coach Wilkerson takes us inside a player-led Seneca Valley team built on trust, unselfishness and accountability. He discusses how his players have learned to trust one another, play together and, most importantly, play for one another... a mentality that helped carry them to a CHSL title.

We also look at the growth of the Seneca Valley program since Coach Wilkerson took over in 2024, the culture he's working to establish and how this summer has provided another important step forward for the program.

Coach also discusses the Seneca Valley Basketball Camp and what he wants to do to enhance the basketball landscape in Germantown, MD.

The Capitol Hoops Summer League Championship is set, and this one comes with a little extra family bragging rights on the line.

Fresh off Good Counsel's semifinal victory over Takoma Academy, Zack Tchoubfong joins Kurt & Chelsie with the Falcons officially headed to the CHSL Championship Game, where they'll meet The Bullis School in a winner-take-all showdown.

The matchup gives us plenty to talk about. It's WCAC vs. IAC, Good Counsel vs. Bullis... and, perhaps most importantly, brother vs. brother, as Zack prepares to square off against his brother Israel Tchoubfong with the Summer League championship on the line.
