New Motions have been Filed in the State of Indiana v. Richard Allen case, Allen stands accused of the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German. If Judge Gull decides to have a hearing for these motions they will be argued by Nick McLeland for the state and Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rozzi for defense.
