Kelley’s Strawberry Skin Smoothie:

- Frozen strawberries/bananas (measure with your heart - like 2 cups)

- Two chopped dates

- Beet juice 

- 1/4 avocado (optional)

- 8 ounces almond malk

- Splash of maple syrup 

- Line the cup with coconut cream 

- For the strawberry glaze I just buy strawberry jam and put that in the bottom of the cup
