Lauren the lawyer (which I correctly guessed on the first try) and her amazing dog Candy joined us today for this amazing 7th episode of season 1.

Lauren was transparent about her journey and gave some incredible advice as well as sharing some of the mistakes that she's made along the way.

She loves her dog and family more than anything else and ran D1 track for the University of Virginia.

Lauren is a beautiful spirit and deserves all the success, good health and happiness that the world can offer her. And as I told her before we parted ways, don't settle, set your bar high and don't accept anything less than magic - I'll share that same advice with all of you as well as with myself - And remember what Lauren said because it's great advice - you only live once so make the most of it.
