The goal is not to randomly just be reactive and let your day control you. The goal is to move closer to your goal everyday. 

Do you have a clear goal? Do you have an effort metric that you can track daily that is moving closer to your goal? As a real estate agent who wants to get more listings. You need to get clear on the activities that you do daily that create the most leverage and value.
