Listen Later

Men are 50% responsible for getting pregnant. How is your men’s health? This episode is a must for everyone wanting to conceive.  “Why men’s health matters in baby-making” an intimate chat with Charlie Goldsmith.

Quality eggs + quality sperm make quality embryos. Sperm health and male fertility has substantially declined over the last 50 years and is a reflection of their general health.

In this episode, Charlie and I explore the impact of men’s physical, mental and emotional health on not only sperm quality but the subsequent health of a child. Charlie shares with us fascinating insights into the impact of parenting styles, unhealthy lifestyle habits including addiction on men’s health.

Charlie Goldsmith aka ‘The Healer’ has his own US TV show The Healer, he is the founder and managing director of Cassette advertising agency, and is passionate about health and good food creating My Good Habits, a mind, nutrition, and fitness program designed to share his personal habits.

And on top of all of that Charlie has just opened an incredible, nothing like it, healthy fast food cafe called Saucery.
