Grace doesn’t ignore sin; it gives you a new identity. Romans 6 shows that baptism is a bold, public declaration of that change—joining Jesus in His burial and resurrection, not earning salvation but revealing it. Jesus Himself was baptized to identify with us and show that God’s pleasure rests on obedience, not performance. Baptism becomes the moment you go public with what grace has already done, like wearing a wedding band that announces your covenant. The invitation is clear: count yourself dead to sin and alive to God, and let your daily choices reflect the resurrection life you declared. If you’ve trusted Jesus but haven’t taken the step, don’t delay. And if you’re already baptized, renew your commitment to walk in that newness with courage.
