FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. It’s defined as the tendency to be afraid of something you have no information about or in simple terms, the fear of uncertainty. To some extent, we all have this fear of not knowing what may happen next and I believe it’s normal. After all, we’re just humans with mere emotions that sometimes overwhelms us. And this leads us to the question, how do we overcome these fears?
