I loved everything about this story.

I love witches, magic and dragons. For about 500 years the dragons and witches stay away from each other since they hate each other. Faye is a young witch whose sister disappeared with six others. She sneaks away one night looking for signs of what might have happened. In a castle not far away she finds blood and an elder holding a dragon scale. Faye yells at the elders when they want to "discuss" what to do. That's all they've been doing. She heads to the island of the dragons to get answers. That's where she meets Rylan, the dragon Prince Regent. He hates her instantly. I understand why he imprisoned her and how hard it would be to trust her word, but she tells him over and over she has no clue about his brother, she wants her sister. There were a couple of times I wanted to smack them both in the head and say could the two be connected? I loved how she became his eyes at court and kept him out of a couple of situations. I didn't like the fact that it took him forever to believe she didn't have anything to do with Liam. Even after how close they got everything she did to help him. And then, keeping the secret of the Calling from her when she is affected just as much as he is. I was impressed that Faye was able to figure the prophecy out so quickly. Ry is so stubborn, Faye has her work cut out explaining it to Ry in time. I loved what she did with the cuff. You'll have to read it to understand that.

New hope for dragon-kind?

Nina had lost her parents in a tragic accident when she was only three years old. She was lovingly raised by her parents 'best friends along with their own daughter, but there were some things that these witches just could not teach a growing dragon. Nina had to learn more the average dragon, a whole lot more.

Amazing

This book was great. I really enjoyed reading this book. I love reading anything with shifters and at first I didn't think I was going to like it, but it really did surprise me that I just couldn't put it down. This author did a fantastic job writing this book. I loved the characters and the story line.

Good book

This is the first book by Bonnie Burrows that I have read and I really enjoyed it from beginning to end. I received this book and free am reviewing it of my own accord. Well worth getting and reading. Would recommend it to those that like Dragon shifter books.

Different but very good

The support cast is not weak but not as strong as it should be.
