for 33 days if you skip a day start all over

has to be 7 minutes in a row but you can choose whenever to do the seperate tasks

allow all of this to be a deep surrender of what you desire

not calling myself a healer anymore

your shadow is bringing your body into union

letting the old me die

shifting using pleasure

moving forward without any clear goal and believing in myself regardless of anyone or anything
