1 oz gin (or vodka)

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Splash bitters

Orange twist cut thick

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients except orange peel, strain into coupe (or cocktail) glass.

Hold lit match above glass, pinch twist between fingers to express oil and light twist, put out in drink.
