Stephen (Steve) Burns is a former UK Special Forces operator and receiver of the Military Cross - he received this for his exemplary gallantry on operations.  Steve is the founder of the app WIOH (World In Our Hands), which is designed to bring focus to quality family time, with a view to promoting positive parenting and greater self esteem in our children.  

In this episode Steve discusses everything mindset, resilience, what motivated him to pursue his dreams, how he battled to succeed through life, and also how he overcame debilitating mental health issues before turning his life around for his family.
