The Dyatlov Pass Incident

Listen Later

It’s 1959 in Soviet Russia. An eager group of university students in their 20’s and ONE SINGLE 38 YEAR OLD assembled for a skiing expedition across the Northern Ural Mountains in Sverdlovsk Oblast, SOCIET UNION. The group’s bodies were discovered and was followed by an investigation by Soviet authorities who determine that six had died from hypothermia while the other three showed signs of physical trauma.
One victim had a fractured skull; two others had major chest fractures, while another victim had their eyes gouged out, or perhaps a ceremonious enucleation of their eyes? Hmm??
And the final victim had their tongue MISSING.  Just lost! Completely fell out and ran off! Radiation Poisoning??
