Palm Sunday. The day Jesus came into Jerusalem for the Passover and was welcomed by crowds waving palm branches. The event marks the beginning of the last week of Jesus’ life on earth. Sunday was a celebration; by Friday, he will be dead. And what happens on Palm Sunday tells us a lot about why. Everyone in the story has their own expectation of who Jesus is.
