The dysfunctional believer lives under the perception of how they think God sees them, always striving to think the right way and have everything perfect, because they believe that’s the key to righteousness. However, the message of the Kingdom is that righteousness is not achieved, but received as a gift transferred to us by our Father in covenantal agreement. He sees us through the lens of Christ's perfect righteousness, which He has graciously imputed to us. The unshakable nature of God's covenant is an agreement that is not dependent on our efforts, but stands firmly as a testament to His unwavering love and commitment to us.
