Episode 2 of "Anything is Podable" looks at how Wyc Grousbeck, Steve Pagliuca, and the current ownership group bought the franchise from absentee owner, Paul Gaston.

The group rebuilt the front office, successfully convincing Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers to leave their comfortable TV jobs. Ainge acquired the necessary assets to make franchise altering trades, and Doc helped Paul Pierce grow into the face of the franchise.

S1E11: Bonus Episode: Ray Allen reflects on time with Celtics; relationships with KG & Rondo

After raising the 17th banner to the rafters of the Boston Garden, the Celtics were the heavy favorites going into the 2008/2009 season. A series of injuries over the next few years, including a February night in Utah where Kevin Garnett landed awkwardly trying to finish off an alley-oop.

In 2010, a rematch with the Lakers, but another injury - this time to Kendrick Perkins - led to the C's squandering a lead in Game 7.

The years that followed included the dismantling of "The Big 3", with Ray Allen controversially signing with LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade in Miami. The team talks openly about Allen's disappointing departure.

Pierce, Garnett and Doc all left the following summer, with Danny Ainge hitting the reset button once again in pursuit of the team's 18th championship banner.

Boston closes out the Lakers at TD Garden in convincing fashion, proceeded by Paul Pierce going from thinking his days in a Celtics uniform were over to winning Finals MVP. 

The players tell the stories of an epic postgame locker room celebration, including Leon Powe asking, "Who is this random guy?!?!"

Also, the Duckboat Parade that Doc Rivers promised Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen becomes a reality.

Celtics. Lakers. The two most storied franchises in NBA history. It was perfect theater that the Celtics long road back from a 21 year absence in the Finals was against their long time rival.

In Episode 8, we hear from the players on the first four games of the Finals, including containing Kobe Bryant, the story behind Paul Pierce leaving Game 1 in a wheelchair, and a young reserve forward exploding off the bench.

Boston breezed through the regular season winning 66 games, the third most in team history. When the playoffs started, the road was not as easy. Episode 7 looks at the surprisingly difficult time the Celtics had in the 1st Round against a young Atlanta Hawks team.

Also, in the 2nd Round, Paul Pierce and LeBron James went toe-to-toe in one of the best Game 7 duels in league history. The Conference Finals featured the changing of the guard in the East from the veteran Detroit Pistons.
