We’ve done some heavy lifting together, haven’t we? I thought this week we’d lighten it up a bit, but then through the magic of the Universe, this episode pulled itself together. Let’s get into it.

This conversation was shaped by a dream, well, two actually, that got me thinking about our earth bodies, or meat suits, our soul energy, and our higher selves and how they intersect and diverge. Is it possible to listen and honor all three as we navigate life? It takes some training, new ways of thinking, but it's possible.
