I had planned to touch on the economy today and then shift to some stories on regulation since we've been targeting that aspect of government overreach in the last week. Then Obama was kind enough to give me a little gift.

Given the numbers were so bad, Obama felt it was necessary to come out and calm the waters. What he had to say gave me all the material I needed for a full episode.
