This episode sparked a lot of interesting ideas I hadn’t given too much attention to, one of which being that in an ecosystem of creative individuals, we’re bound to have skills greater and lesser than our peers, and that it is vital for the collective flourishing that we confidently rely on others as they rely on us for our own strengths.
