INTERVIEW: The Education Labour Relations Council has reinstated Malcolm Williams as principal of Parktown Boys’ High School in Johannesburg.
Williams was dismissed in December 2020 for his role in the events which led to the death of a Grade 8 learner, Enoch Mpianzi.
Mpianzi drowned while on a school outing.
Williams was charged with three counts of misconduct.
The Education Labour Relations Council also says Williams has to be remunerated for the months he wasn't working.
