The conversation also highlights Teach Here, an innovative community-based pilot created through a partnership with KConnect, WMTC, and Grand Valley State University. Teach Here is designed to address educator shortages in several West Michigan counties while unlocking pathways to economic mobility for individuals from underrepresented communities.
