The educators that we surround ourselves with matter.  A gentleman by the name of Johnny Tiersma said, "Find a teacher who sees students like you do. It’s really nice to be able to speak the same language.” There is so much truth to this. The people we surround ourselves matter. The words and actions greatly influence us.
